How are your products shipped?
Products are shipped within 2-5 business days depending on the size of your order. Our handcrafted products are shipped via United State Postal Service (USPS). For wholesale shipping information visit the wholsesale page.
Due to the nature of our body butter fomula, Earthly Kisses Body Butters are only shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
Wny? We cannot predict the weather where we are shipping. Our body butters are made with choice select emolients that are prone to melt in high temperatures. So instead of allowing your order to sit in a hot warehouse over a weekend, waiting to arrive to your happy abode, we prefer to ship early in the week. This increases the chance that you receive your purchase by the end of the week in the same beautiful fluffyness that we shipped it in.
***Due to Covid please expect delays in this shipping policy. There are just simply things that are out of our control including issues in shipping time. While we can do what we can on our end to ensure you are receiving your order timely, we cannot predict issues from the postal service. We are currently researching other affordable options such as Fed Ex or UPS, however they may experience the same issues. ***
Are your products made chemicals?
While we do our best to create a handcrafted product that is 100% organic and all natural that is not always the case. This is due to ingredients that are necessary for production of a safe product for you to use. With that said, we can guarantee that our product is at least 95% all natural.
Do you use lye to make your soaps?
The fact is, there is no such thing as a soap that is made without lye. Any soap that claims to be created without the use of lye in production is not soap but a detergent. Lye is only a necessary ingredient in the making of soap. Due the reaction of the lye with the choice oils, along with a long cure time, there is no lye left in the product of any of our soaps.
How long does the soap last?
That all depends on how often you use your handcrafted soap and how you care for the soap when it is not in use. When not in use, the soap should be kept in a dry location. This will extend the life of your soap.
Do you accept wholesale accounts?
Yes. We are now accepting wholesale orders for the United States. Please complete the vendor application form here to appy for a wholesale account.
Why can't I access the wholesale shopping page?
You will recieve an email upon approval for vendor status to enter the wholesale shopping section of EarthlyKisses.com. At that time, you must sign up for member's account with the same email you used on your vendor application. You can do so by going to the Wholesale page and clicking enter here under ALREADY AN APPROVED VENDOR. Or, you can click log in at the top of any page on EarthlyKisses.com and sign up for a member's account.
What is your refund policy?
Refund or exchanges are not permitted due to health and sanitary reasons. If there has been an error made in your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Ingredients are listed with each handcrafted product listing, so please make your selections carefully. If you choose to use one of our handcrafted products, having knowledge of an allergy, we are not responsible for any adverse reactions, such as rashes or other allergic outbreaks, that may occur. If an allergic reaction or rash does occur, discontinue use immediately.
